We have now purchased our 2nd new boat (1st Regal 1900 and 2nd StarCraft Tri-toon) from GB and Derek in particular. Both purchases were great! In both cases our trades were very fair.This purchase was delayed briefly due to their inability to get the new OB motor because of delays from the manufacturer and shipping. Derek did a great job of communicating with us every week along the way. Our new motor came in after about 4 weeks and the boat was rigged and ready to go in 2 days.We took the new boat out for an orientation excursion and Derek was very thorough about showing us all of the features of the new boat. This boat is what we were looking for. For us old farts we wanted something that was 1. Stable. 2. Easy to get on and off. 3. Plenty of room for the family. 4. Purchased new boat and when we viewed it in the sunlight there was gelcote damage from the shipping tarp that had not been visible in the showroom. We took the boat for the summer season and returned it for repairs in the fall. The repairs met / exceeded our expectation. Great job by their service department.

When we moved to Michigan this year we knew we were going to get a boat so we could enjoy the beautiful waters that Michigan has to offer. We purchased a 2014 Stingray 180RX from the folks at GBM Derek, Liz, and Matt were great to work with. Derek the sales manager wasn't even our salesperson when we bought their entry level 180 Stingray (WHICH WE LOVE) but he took care of us from step 1. The folks up at Grand Bay as a wholewere great to work with. Nick in service helped us with a few add-ons before we picked up the boat. We had a couple of bumps along the road but in the end they handled everything like true PROFESSIONALS. Matt did an excellent job during the on water orientation and they have been very helpful for us as first time boat owners. We love our boat and have thoroughly enjoyed it this summer. The only reason I rated f&i at 3 stars is because we're from Grand Rapids - 3 hours away and they forgot to tell us to bring a certain piece of paperwork so we had to fax it the next day. Regal 1900... WOW! This is a great boat. When our salesman (Derrek) started talking about this boat, I thought it was just another sales pitch. Man, was I ever wrong. We went out for a test ride and fell in love. Quick to get on plane, and oh so smooth... I have two friends with 20 ft Four Winns SS boats with 5.0L motors. Our little 4.3 will keep right up with them, burn less fuel doing it and cost significantly less to buy! This boat gets better every time we take it out on the water! Thank you!
